It gripes me to no end that a buyer can just click on a complaint without contacting the seller and the sellers money is immediatly tyed up. Most buyers dont even relize this. A buyer should be required to contact a seller and the seller be give a few days to responde befor the sellers money is put on hold.

Sorry, but that would negate the purpose of the hold. The money is put on hold so the seller can't withdraw it or spend it before the issue is resolved. If a company feels that a hold is necessary, then they're not going to give you a few days warning first.
Opening a return request is contacting the seller. The buyer isn't required to send a message first.

No matter what seller’s return policy states, “Seller does not offer returns” or “Buyer pays return shipping…” on eBay it means squat. Seller’s return policy means nothing on eBay! Buyer simply can lie and open a return request and says that item is not working or damaged, and he/she will have all the money back including both ways shipping …seller is screwed.
I know that’s a scam but eBay support this.

No way, I don't need to hassle back and forth with stupid messages when I already know what they're going for anyhow... It's not going to solve anything, a few of them I may be able to instruct in the way of using the item but most are not complaining because of something legitimate. Far as I'm concerned most of my SNAD returns are simply buyer's remorse and they don't want to pay the shipping, and yes you may completely disagree with me and I am sorry to come off so salty.
