refunding shipping charges

How do I issue a partial refund of shipping charges under eBay's managed payment system?

It's easy-peasy. Go to your Seller Hub, find the Order and choose 'Issue Refund' from the drop-down menu on the left of the Item. Enter the amount of the refund and confirm.

I can't speak to partial refunds... sorry!

I have been in MP for a year now and have only had two (one cancellation and one 'wrong address') refunds since... both full refunds. In the case of full refunds... yes, I got my FVFs back, but the MP .30 Processing Fee stayed with eBay.

I think I want to correct that ^^^ post. I did have a partial refund (combined shipping) a few months ago and got my FVFs back on that one, too. If things have changed (or if @danbu-8063 has better info), I'm not aware of it.

Thank you! That would definitely be a benefit if they automatically credit fvf's on partial refunds.
