If they filed an item not as described you have a choice.

Return for refund. or refund.

That is your only two choices.

I am the seller he said the light is not working he returned it broken at both ends he replaced my lights with his broken lights & did not return the legs for the light my bubs are actinic for salt water his is plant grow for fresh water the plastic is cracked at both ends I do not want to give a refund this guy is up to no good & shroud not be aloud on E-Bay thank you.# 223957330614

You don't have a choice; you either refund or ebay will force the refund and ding you for doing so. You can 'report' the buyer after you've refunded. But.. there is no proof of the condition of the item you sent out so there's nothing that can be done.

I had purchased the same item twice from the same seller on different dates. Both had same tracking number.

I only received only one item. I tried many time to contact the seller. But go no response from him. Finally I gave up, and had to file a dispute. Ebay contacted the seller, and told me that they ruled in my favor. This is what they sent to me. I never received my refund, and NOTHING is showing up on my PayPal account showing any kind of a refund. Nor did I see a refund on my Credit card. I guess from here on out I will be doing business with Amazon. Such a shame..I ust to think that Ebay had high end service. Now it just sucks. you can't call. Every time you do they give you a number that is no operated service. We now have to notify them via email which never gets any kind of response. Horrible in my opinion.
