Hello , so I have the following situation. in the product description there were 2 pieces and I only got one piece. I contacted the seller who corrected the product description and promised to send another piece. He claimed he would send but it didn't happen. I asked every day and he promised but nothing . Finally he said he would refund 60% of my money and he lied again nothing was paid . In the meantime the deadline for appeals has expired and I now have no way to get my money back because ebay does not give the option to reopen the appeal. it's $ 11, the figure is ridiculous, but it's sad that fraudsters make money this way by cheating honest customers and ebay doesn't react. How can I claim my money. I have the entire correspondence preserved in the messages and everything I wrote can be checked.

Have you try paypal? Open the item not as described case. If you paid with your CC, open with the card issuer is even better. Don't open the case with both at the same time.
