It seems the item and the seller have been removed from Ebay by Ebay.

Go to Paypal and file an Item Not Received complaint to get your money back.

I assume this is for the Blue For Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300 LCD Display Digitizer Touch Screen Glass &Frame. You purchased from the .UK site, this forum is for the .com site.  With that being said, if it's at least 1 day past the last estimated delivery date but less then 30 days, simply open a INR in eBay and wait for your refund or the item. YMMV
