refund issue

i have not recieved the fund since 21 of july i need a help please for this case nothing put back in my creditcard  no body clrify looks that no money will be back bec i dont understant how to deal with this paypal no information giving .

example:

Jul 27

The seller issued a refund for $32.50

This return is now completed
The seller refunded $32.50 to your original payment method in PayPal. PayPal transaction 13337045Y9118505U

You need to check either Your Pay Pal account or Your Credit?debit card. I have noticed that When I use an eCheck that It goes into MY pay pal account. It does not go into my checking account. Check Your different accounts and You will find it.  Sugar

I check both and didnt find anything in card or paypal account which i did it specially for this and i wasnt having an account before.

Sorry, then, I am NOT experienced to have the answer...I am sure someone will come along and have the answer. I had that happen once and it was in My Other Pay Pal account. Did You check Your checking account? 

You can call Pay Pal and see what they think. They are nice on the phone...

i checked everything but didn' find anything who can I contact through this bec I'm sending them and no respond

Go into Your Pay Pal account at the bottom You will see contact us. Click there and they will give You a number to call AND a one time Number to enter. They will ask You to let them call You back...I don't want a callback, so I click # 2 (I think Listen to the prompts)  and then #3  to wait for them to call. They say the wait is XX number of minutes, but usually, it is shorter.
