I ordered an item from one of the ebay seller. I got the tracking number for fedex. Then when it arrived it has other person name in the label with an address somewhere in agustine florida, and also my correct address is also right under it (please keep in mind, i live in california). I have double check the tracking number on my ebay account and  the label on the package, they are both exactly the same. I still have the package unopen, because i dont want to deal with lawsuit about opening soemone's package. I contacted the seller, but i did not receive any reply whatsoever, i contacted fedex (provide my tracking number, and they said in the system is not my name) and ebay as well.  anyone ever dealt with this situation before?

And how are there 2 delivery addresses merged together on 1 shipping label, something like this:

Other name

Their address in FL

Your address in CA

And your name does not appear on the label? And how do you know you "received the item i ordered" if you didn't open it.

yes both address merged on the label.

It is exactly like you wrote, however my name is not in label.

I know it because on the tracking number i received from ebay is the same as the label tracking number.

This is called manage a tree in Japanese:

1. Buyer sends a PayPal payment to seller

2. Seller buys with another person's credit card

3. Walmart ships stolen item to buyer

If the cops want you back, then you have nothing to return for your refund. When the cardholder files a chargeback, Walmart will find you. Meanwhile, your unresponsive seller is long got away with your cash as soon as the tracking number was delivered.
