I would like to buy the goods I need, but a small European country like Moldova is not always included in the list of countries where goods can be delivered. In addition, someone is looking for fast delivery, I would like to have the cheapest delivery.

Perhaos I’m reading it wrong but I don’t think that the poster wants both fast and cheap.  They are saying that some people want fast delivery but he prefers cheap.

Alas!  the OP will still need to find a seller willing to ship to his country. 

Fast is a relative.  Speed of delivery is affected by many factors.  

Cheap, too, is relative to many factors.  Not the least of which is availability of a seller willing to ship there.
