Every time I wrote and wrote and wrote to eBay with one question - about Uploaded on time but no carrier scan evaluation in My Seller Dashboard - WHY I CAN SEE ALL CARRIER SCANS on sites www.17track.net and www.track-trace.com/post and eBay with his Tracking System not see nothing??? It is a very big problem to eBay - buy and upload CORRECT TRACKING SYSTEM?
Yes, I face the same siutation. Buyers are US account but the shipping address is not in US then Ebay system cannot check it since they use the USPS system to check.
your exactly right i called about this it is totally unfair that this is affecting our account especially when you buy label from ebay by paypal the tracking information is uploaded right away and that is not a valid carrier scan so why should we get penalized?
