"Origin Post is Preparing Shipment"

I bought two items from a seller in France - Since April 28th, I receive this message "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment". Is item still in France? Or does Us customs have it? Is the item lost? Seller not returning messages. Expected delivery date passed ten days ago.

I was waiting 2 months for item from Bulgaria and lost money because it was too late to open case.

Seller responded but still waiting.

It was processed by carrier i ROISSY COURRIER INTERNATIONAL, FRANCE

it is waiting to be shipped overseas. Due to pandemic shipping is very limited.

Just watch the time and file item not received before 60 days after purchase otherwise you most likely loose your money

I ordered something from France as well ( not on ebay), before the pandemic struck north america. But the international mail from France closed.  I received a message on 30/5 that that she was finally allowed to ship internationally.  Until very recently France was under strict lock down.  That is not an excuse for no communication but could be a factor.  My son lives in France.  He would be stopped and need to produce documentation if he went out to buy food, medicine etc.  Lock down was much stricter in Europe.

I've received another item from France a few days ago - maybe it was lucky enough to slip through the cracks. This made me wonder if the other items were lost. I'll wait another week, maybe they will pop up.
