"LABEL CREATED" DOESN'T = "SHIPPED"!!

Ebay goes out of its way at times to change things that don't really need to be changed, while ignoring some things that do. What purpose is served by sending buyers a message saying "Your item has shipped!" when it HASN'T? Creating a label doesn't = "shipped". A seller could create a label, forget the package in the back seat of his car for two weeks, and eBay would still say it "shipped". Why is it so impossible to get a message from ebay saying, "Label created" and THEN get a "shipped notice" when it's actually picked up? How would sellers feel if buyers could buy items and send sellers a message saying "Payment sent!" when it hadn't been? Imagine being a seller and having to check daily to see if the "sent" payment was actually sent? I don't blame sellers for all of this, I blame eBay.

eBay has changed this.   The emails no longer say your item has been shipping
