Hello, I am having an issue with trying to print out a shipping label for a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Medium Box and I keep getting this error. The person I am sending to is from Guam and I assume that the issue was because I need international shipping to do that but according to the buyer he claims that he never has issues with people sending him USPS packages from the continental United States, going as far as to show me a receipt of someone shipping to him from New York. What exactly is the issue here? Why won't it let me print out the label? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, thank you. - Caleb

 Guam is a US territory. Guam by USPS is not "international" so that is not the issue. Just another eBay daily "glitch".

Alrighty, thank you for clearing things up. I wasn't too sure if Guam counted as international or not I just assumed anything outside the continental United States would need international shipping.

Hello, thank you for the reply. Everything looks good, no errors in the address. Even put in the address into Google Maps and it comes up correctly.

Do any of the lines have more than 40 characters?  Sometimes you have to move things around to Company name or address line 2,  because the buyer has more than 40 characters in address line 1.

 Also make sure you're using a browser and not the App.
