So, i bought a device that was not working. I contacted the company and they gave me a return label. Yet, much time passed and they had no news about my product. They told me that if does not arrive by Friday,last week, they will refund me.
The 30 days window of reporting to Ebay were nearly over, so i did that just in case.
Then i found out that the return item report goes not to ebay but to the seller... who sent me another return label.. even though i had already returned sent the item back almost a month ago!
I really hope this was an accident(they are a big company after all, i imagine they can't remember every buyer), but just in case i wanted to contact Ebay directly...
only for that option to be missing.
