"Access Denied" - I'm unable to start a return process

Hello all, today I got an item which "Doesn't match description or photos", but when I want to start a return process, after I wrote a lengthy message about everything which is wrong with the item, I click on the "Send" button and got a blank screen with just this message in left corner:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/help/action" on this server.

Forget about it, I figured the reason myself, very dumb reason - the message was too long. i was able to start a return process when I shortened my message, and the rest I wrote to seller in seperate ordinary private message.
