purchasing shipping labels with available funds issues

I am having an issues while trying to purchase shipping labels for more then one at a time. when reviewing before confirming ebay wants to charge my paypal account instead of available funds, which i have enough to cover the labels. but if i purchase shipping labels individually it goes thru available funds. this seems to have started a few days ago and cannot get any answers from ebay contact. any suggestions

A lot of sellers are running into this issue @pennthrifter. Read this post where someone worked out the solution.
