problems when trying to print shipping label

i get this: There is a problem with the ship from address. Please amend this by clicking here. on top of the page but i've tried everything to fix it. and when i click purchase and print label the page moves up.

any help would be appreciated

It looks like you haven't sold in a long time, so I would suggest going to the following:

My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal Info > Addresses

Double check your primary SHIP FROM address as well as your primary RETURN address.

yes it's been a while since i sold something, like a year and a half. my to and from  addresses are fine but i can't seem to add a return address idkw
