I sell a batch of watches and when I go to print the shipping label it tells me this
Your Ship to address contains some errors that need to be fixed before purchasing the label. Please note that you may not be covered by the eBay Seller Protection Policy if the changes you make are substantially different from what the buyer intended.
What can I do with this ?
thank you

look at the 'format' of the ship-to address
sometimes i have seen the address and city on the same line
(or something obviously wrong)
example
123 Main St., pittsburgh
pittsburgh, pennsylvania 12223
OR
Joe Buyer
12345 Hospital Rd 139
South , Richmond
Virginia 34445
Should read
Joe Buyer
12345 Hospital Rd
139 South
Richmond, Virginia 34445
Just click edit and reformat it so it is correct...
not saying this is it, but it might be

Notify your buyer tell them there’s a problem with their address let them know you will be canceling the order they can repurchase with the correct address.
Then cancel the order citing problem with buyers address.
This is all you can do since you will lose seller protection if you adjust the address shown in the order in anyway.

Thanks for answering. Yes, I have sent him a message like that, he fixes it or better, I am thinking of sending it from the USPS mail and not from the eBay shipping label.

thanks for the reply
I have sent a message to the buyer to see if he fixes it, if not I will send it by USPS mail

The buyer cannot make any changes in the address pertaining to the sale.
Minor changes will not cause you to lose seller protection. In most instances there is no need to cancel.

AFAIK, eBay utilizes the USPS API to authenticate shipping addresses. If you go to USPS with the address you have currently, you will get the same results.....what I am saying, it is one and the same database...if it won't work on ebay, it won't work on USPS (or pirateship, or shipstation, etc......)
and....
"...if the changes you make are substantially different from what the buyer intended..."
this means you can "move things around" with the address edit...you just can't change critical numbers, etc.....
