OK, so here is my problem, When I go to print packing slip and mailing labels. the printer just sits there and doesn't print anything. I have determined that the problem is not the printer. It prints test sheets and scanned documents. It must settings on the computer, have not been changed) but I can't find anything that works.
Any help would be great because I have not been able sell anything since I can't ship it.

Are you printing 4x6 labels, is the size format set correctly on printer settings? I was having problems and I emailed tech support for my label printer and they emailed me back with a set of screen shots to get things working.

The way that I print my labels is I save them/download them from my browser. I have my browser (firefox) set to automatically download and save them as a .pdf file. Then I open the pdf file with Adobe Acrobat DC (which is a free program with the option to pay for additional features if you want, for this purpose the free version works just fine). Then I choose print the print preview dialog box pops up and I check the settings are correct. First setting I check is the drop down menu to choose which printer the labels will be printed on (I also make sure that the printer is powered on and connected to my computer).
select the correct printer
Then in the "advanced" settings (which is accessed from the button that says "advanced" to the right of the printer selection)
I make sure that "print as an image" is selected. This is very important when printing .pdf files - if you dont select this option the pages may print blank or may only print parts of the letters.
choose print as image
Next I choose "fit" under the size option. As long as you have chosen the correct size labels when generating them on ebay this option will work well and ensure the labels arent missing info or cut off when they print.
Then I go into the page setup options.
page setup
I make sure that the same printer is selected here as well and then I also make sure the same paper size is selected here as the paper size that I selected when I generated the labels.
I use a thermal print to print labels so all of my labels are printed on 4x6 size paper whereas if you are using a regular printer you most likely will be using 8.5x11" paper and will have 2 - 4x6 labels print on each page.
Hopefully these directions will help - if not please reply with screenshots of your process when trying to print and I can try to help you further.
I i do is make sure that i have selected the correct printer that i want the labels to print withI chooseAre the labels you are generating and trying to print .pdf files? make sure that when you go into the settings after you cli

If it was working, and now it's not. Unplug both cords from the back, wait till the lights go off, then plug it back in.
Something to try. Mine does that about once a month. Just stops printing

Have you tried printing through another browser? See if you can print a label using Edge.

Does the label preview look correct?
What OS, browser, and printer model are you using?

Hi, I am using an H-P scanner printer , not a label maker. Januart 4th I printed a packing slip and 4X6 label with no problem, then the next I went to print another label an nothing happened when I hit print. I have been printing with this printer for months with no problems.

@bargainbasement101Does the label preview look correct?
Is your browser set to open PDF files with Adobe?
What OS and browser are you using?
