I bought two things from ebay and I accidently put in the wrong post code and instead of landing in Penaang it has landed somewhere in Sarawak, Lahad Datu. My concern is, when the delivery agency saw the address which clearly states Penang, why is the parcel not redirected to Penang as the numbering of the post code was mixed. Instead of 11900 I wrote 91100.
My parcels are stuck somewhere and my money is burnt and no one is bothered to take charge. All i need to know is how can such an error happen. I am totally baffled at the attitude of nonchalence amongst the people in charge.
