problem with insert new adress

hello i want to put my adress in my account but i cant all buttons not working and nothing happen when i press continues can u fix it ?

Try another browser, preferably the latest version of a popular browser, to see if that makes any difference.

Are you actually in the US or in another country?? That may be part of the problem.  I believe your address needs to match your actual location.
