eBay's new packing slip only has the item name and description and no buyer name or usually no return name.
This is causing me to have to either write the buyer name on the slip (so I can match it with my printed label) or just do one package at a time.
My item are usually close in amount of postage so I can't look at weight for a solution.
Is this a problem for anyone else or am I being too critical?
On 8/19 I had a label print with buyer's name and address but today - only the item name.
Is there anyway to add the buyer's name or change packing slip without having to go to the moon and back?
Thanks for any help

I have found some of the problem.
If I print on Chrome I can get addresses on packing slip but Firefox - Google does not show or print the packing slip with any information other than the item description and tracking number.
Somehow there is a problem between Firefox and eBay but no one seems to know how to fix it.
eBay - today - said they would check it out - but who knows??
I will start using Chrome for eBay.
Thanks for everyone's help as I know it all sounds like I'm just not clicking on the right buttons or whatever.

My packing slips show both buyers and sellers name and address. Not sure why yours wouldn't.

This is a copy of what my eBay packing slip looks like.
This is all the information given on slip.
This changed to this about one month ago.
You cannot change anything and you cannot add anything except what they have on drop down list.
Sorry cannot post but can't find out what is stopping the copy.
All my slip has on it is the item as sold and my id.
no address for anyone and no name for buyer

Below is what my packing slip looks like. I can't find any thing in settings to change what prints.
You can go to this page and ask for a call back at the bottom. https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/posting-items/labels-packaging-tips/buying-printing-postage-labels...

Thank you.
I will try this tomorrow.
I loved the old packing slip and just cannot understand why it had to be changed.
But I have not heard others complaining so I wondered if maybe not everyone had a change.
Thanks again.

I use Chrome and have the same issue. Just showed up different the other day with no address info. Perhaps it is a Windows incompatibility since my shipping machine is still using Win7. I have resorted to using 'Print shipping labels or invoices' instead. Tedious but gets the inside address.
While on packing slips, does anyone else use SKU# (custom label)? We use it for physical inventory but can't figure out how to add it to the packing slip without putting it in the Title or writing by hand. Much easier to have our son pull SKU# 734 than send him to find "Hand knitted rainbow scarf with Garfield emblem". Especially with the normal ebb and flow of inventory. The 700s may move to a new shelf from time to time, but are easy to locate.

I had the same problem in Firefox as well as the Brave browser. I can confirm that the packing slip printed correctly from Safari on MacOS.
