Try clearing your browser's cache and try the link again.

Make sure browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

Try going to your Purchase history.
Find the item in Returns and cancelled orders.
Select View return details.
Choose See label.

If the label is printing blank:

When the return label print window opens, do not use the PRINT button at the bottom of the page. Instead click on the ">>" at the upper right of the window and either use the Print or Save option there.

If none of the above helps, you will have to call ebay to email you a copy of the label.

Best to also get an acceptance scan from the carrier, especially if close to the cutoff date. Otherwise, one day late getting scanned and seller can have ebay close case in his favor.

There is also a workaround using Windows 10/11

Open the label however you wish so that it is within *complete view* on your screen

a) Select Ctrl-PrtScn (usually on the top row of keys just to the right of center)

b) Hit the Windows Key then type 'Paint'

c) Select the Paint App

d) Type Ctrl-V (paste)

You should now see the screen grab image of the label in your paint app.

Select Print from the menu or Hit Ctrl-P then print. You can of course crop it first if you want to be neat about the print job results. I just use scissors.

Once in a while this solves a pesky problem when you need to print something that isnt being cooperative.

Hope this helps.
