postal services have been suspended

Hello everyone, I am new to selling! Due to the current COVID epidemic situation in my country, I put off handling time for 15 days.  An item was sold at an auction three days ago, but due to the emergency curfew in the country, all postal services have been suspended and I was unable to ship it. The curfew will be lifted in 10 days.  What should I do about this?

If the curfew is lifted in 10 days, then you should have no problem shipping within your stated handling time of 15 days.

Prepare it for shipping and hope to when the curfew is lifted. Hopefully it will be within your Handling Time.
