I would say no. Here's what you can send using Media Mail:
Here's what you can send:
NOTE: Video games, computer drives, and digital drives do not qualify for Media Mail prices.

No, it's not eligible for Media Mail. It would go as a First Class package or maybe as a flat.

Not saying you should do it, but you could probably get it past the USPS. I had a guy send a skateboard deck media mail from California. Saved himself easily $15 to $20. So obvious it wasn't media mail being a flat 32" long box. Lol.

Assuming you are shipping domestically, and not internationally, where Media Mail is not offered:
Why would you want to pay $3.19 via Media Mail for 8 sheets of paper in a flexible manila envelope, when the same could be sent via First Class large envelope/flat for around $1.20? The only way using MM for that shipment makes sense is if you want it sent with a tracking number because of its value, because the USPS does not offer tracking for First Class large envelopes/flats.
Over the years I have shipped over a hundred needlecraft and quilting patterns using First Class large envelope/flat, as long as the item wasn't thicker than 3/4". Only one didn't get delivered and the buyer had to be refunded about $10. If what I was shipping was thicker than 3/4" or had a value to justify the need for a tracking number, I would bump it up to First Class package/thick envelope.
I offer free shipping on nearly all of my listings. When shipping using First Class large envelope/flat, I always send an eBay message to the buyer that the USPS does not offer tracking for First Class large envelopes/flats, but that their purchase is on its way and should arrive in a few days. Many buyers appreciate the heads up, and a few have even messaged back, " I was wondering why there was no tracking number on envelopes/flats, and now I know why... Thanks!"
I hope this is helpful... good luck!
Cheers, Duffy
