postage refund

I had gotten an order from a buyer in the morning and processed it,but did not put the shipping label on the package,  then the same buyer ordered more of the products in the afternoon.  I had not shipped or USPS labeled the first order so I combined the 2 orders and shipped in one package.  I now have the original unused shipping label.  How do I get a refund for the label?

You can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase.

Seller Hub/Orders/Shipping labels

Use the drop-down 'Actions' menu to Void the label. Easy to do, but it takes a couple of weeks to receive the credit.
