If you are using a home PC. You might want to
1. clean up your down load history, temp files etc
2. make certain your internet browser is the most current version
3. run a malware scan - I use the "free " version of malwarebytes go to malwarebytes.org
We run w/Firefox as our primary browser & IE as a back-up w/windows 7 and have no current issues. We used to have some issues w/ Firefox and went to IE and things were OK. Did the above tasks at the suggestion of a friend that knows much more than I and life with Firefox was good again.
If it is on your phone - i have no clues - my phone is definitely smarter than be - I call, receive & text and that is all on my cell. Call me a Dinosaur
