packing slip and invoice question

hello,

three quick questions PLEASE!!! (and thank you!!!)

Question #1

when I print a packing slip it comes up with my store name on top but under it it has my ebay store website address with my old ebay store name on it. how do i fix it? example below:

packing slip says:

Back in time Sports Cards

https//ebay.com/str/alohainsignia  (this is my old ebay store)

it should say:

Back in time Sports Cards

https//ebay.com/str/backintimesportscards  (how do i get it to display this correct ebay store address?)

Question #2

when you go to my ebay store the website address shows:

https//ebay.com/str/alohainsignia  (this is my old ebay store)

instead of this: https//ebay.com/str/backintimesportscards  (how do i get it to display this correct ebay store address?) 

Question #3

How do I edit an invoice so that I can add a message to the buyer in the invoice such as "thank you for your order" etc

Questions 1 and 2 you can't fix. While sellers can change their store name, the URL is permanent. The only way around it is semi-complicated and involves ending your store subscription, starting a new one and dealing with a few name changes throughout that process. If you're interested I'll post the details.

Question 3 go to your orders page: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord

Find the order and on the left actions drop down select print packing slip and more. A box will pop up. There is a customize link. Click on that.

2. Click on view order details

3. Then print packing slip and more

4. Select customize under packing slip

thanks guys for your help but i already figured out how to change the "packing slip" my question isnt about the packing slip but about when i send an "invoice"

im not so sure the url is permanent as when i have changed my ebay store name before it always changed the store url, but this time it did not, so i was wondering how to change the url in particular as it has changed it automatically before.

They stopped doing that a few years ago. Now the URL sticks.
