overseas return tracking problem

I shipped a package to Israel,it took 2 months to arrive.

Buyer then claimed INAD and open a case with Ebay.

He returned the package from Israel and Israel post office tracking shows it has been delivered,but I do not have it.

The RETURN status in MY EBAY shows it is still in transit. 

So now he is going to show the Israeli post office tracking to Ebay,who wins?

If the tracking shows delivery to your zip code you lose. Did you track the package on the USPS website? Ebays return status often lags.
