I am an international buyer and ship all my consignment to a new york agent for further delivery to my location since most seller would not ship to my location. The result is a long delivery period as i have to wait for all my packages to be shipped in bulk. by the time I receive at my location, items are already beyond return policy period.
I bought two Crestron TWS 1052 from a buyer "dwgreatdeals". (BUYERS PLS BE WATCHFUL)
They came in the 1052 Crestron boxes as described, didn’t have course to doubt them and only checked the delivery for damage.
However, I have just taken them out of the boxes for installation and was amazed to find out that I have been SCAMED as only one of the packages is TSW1052. The content of the second box is a TSW1050 (which Crestron has discontinued) and wount support my installation.
I tried to complain through ebay but since the item is beyound 120days i am not getting any help
what should i do? assistance required please

I believe you lose all Buyer Protection when you have items reshipped.
You may have to rely on the honesty of the seller & contact them.
Hang around for the thoughts of others.

Thanks I do appreciate your feedback. I read reviews about the buyer and noticed I have not been the only one in this case. it's just painful knowing that you have been scammed and you cant do anything about to warn others just because the item is beyound the return policy period.
the painful part is that i had earlier given the buyer 5 A stars when i received items intact without damages. i have sent him emails but he hasnt responded to any.
