ongoing issue with no reponse - after receiving an product that was not authentic

I purchased an item brand new supposedly "original", the item came in good timing when checking the item against an original product I saw that the item purchased on ebay was fake!

I contacted ebay and they've requested that I fill out some documents, ever since I submitted the document I have not heard a thing from ebay!

I feel defeated at this point all I want is an update or some form of communication, eBay just wanted me to fill out a document to safe guard themselfves for selling fake products.

I just want my money back and want no further business with eBay

Have you filed a return stating that the item is "fake" as the reason? If you do that then the seller has to respond to you. They might not respond if you don't file a formal request.

Open up a Return Request - picking the correct reason.

Seller will have to respond.

If they fail to respond within 3 full business days, you can ask eBay to intervene

If they ask you to ship it back, you ship it back - but they are required to provide you with a return shipping label (or pay for return shipping up front)

This issue has not been resolved, eBay keeps blaming PayPal and PayPal has no idea about any refund??

It’s back and forth on going issue with eBay who accepts that they owe me a refund but will just not process the refund?

eBay has confirmed that they will refund my money and the case was ruled in my favor! This has been ongoing for almost 2 weeks now the blaming game saying they’ve processed the refund to pay pal?

Yes I’ve fill out the affidavit stating that the item has been disgard as well yet! The minute they got the doc and safe guarded themselves from selling a contifit item they stopped being customer obsessed

Did eBay say the refund has been issued? If so, it goes to PayPal and PayPal credits it to the original funding source so if you used a debit card , credit card, or gift card then that’s where you need to look for the refund.
