I bought a prepaid gaming card, and did not know, that i would not get it phyically delivered like you would get any other item that you would buy on Ebay. at the time it was not explained to me by the seller. i no longer want the item and the seller does not want to give me my money back. nice way to do business i want my money back, dont want the item anymore

If the seller listed it properly, a digital item should have been listed as a classified ad ... if it was not, then the seller must deliver to you a physical item with a tracking number.

 

Getting your money back is straightforward, and you do not need to interact with the seller.  eBay should provide you with a delivery date for the item.  Once the delivery date has passed, then simply go into your purchase history and file a claim with eBay that the item has not been received.

it sounds to me like this is buyer's remorse and if the seller has a no return policy you're up a creek without a paddle

No, the buyer is not up a creek.  The seller in this case has apparently violated eBay's Digitally delivered goods policy .... digital goods cannot be sold as a standard item on eBay (they have to be sold as an eBay classified ad), and if the OP purchased this through a regular eBay listing, then he is supposed to receive a physical card.
