I order and pay item,before 8 days and shipper not shipped yet item.I tried

to contact shipper many time but no answer.

I'd file an Item Not Received case with Paypal based on that sellers recent FB.

All you can do on eBay is to wait until the last delivery date passes then go to the Resolution Center and pick I didn't get it. Follow the directions to get a refund. The seller will have three days to respond to the case. If they don't, ask eBay to step in.  Do not let the case time out.
