not shipped yet

DearI order and pay item,before 8 days and shipper not shipped yet item.I triedto contact shipper many time but no answer.

How am I suppose to send this back safely, or can I? Damaged mold spray.

I received a packaged in bad shape. The content ( liquid mold spray) all leaked out. It even started eating some of the shipping box away. The fumes are bad. Some of the liquid has leaked into a plastic bag. The seller wants it back.
