not seeing pick up option after told I could pick up locally

I bid regularly on my local  shopgoodwill.com. When I missed a bid on an item and called them to inquire about a direct purchase, they told me I could bid for it again here on ebay where they post all their unsold items. I asked if local pick up would still be available as it is in theit shopgoodwill.com auctions  and was told yes, it would. Now I won the auction, but do not see a local pick up option.  Any ideas for how to be able to still pick up locally from a seller who said you could pick up locally, but now does not offer the option on check out?

Try requesting the total $ (invoice) from the seller, letting them know that you want to pick it up at their local store.

Just contact them via messaging so they can change it. That’s what I did one time when I preferred off of them
