ebay now forces you to the ups website if ups was listed and no longer to the ebay shipping page which allows one to select the carrier and shipping speed which may differ from listing. to add further pain the ups website does not allow drop offs at a ups store. often i may change the shipping carrier or upgrade the speed and now i cant do this!!
You're supposed to ship via the carrier and service that are shown in the listing and chosen by the bueyer when he pays. Or you can upgrade but keep the same carrier.
To keep your options open, don't list with USP shipping.
