need help

i accidentally left something in my cart while purchasing something else, i realized my mistake and messaged the seller 4 minutes after purchasing. they upright ignored my messages and shipped the item anyways. i have no source of income as of right now & i was purchasing shoes since mine recently broke, so it's worrisome for me. 

i asked for a refund and they sent the item anyways, basically.

any ways to fix this?

A seller does not have to honor a cancellation request ... large sellers, in particular, may have logistics in place that make order cancellation prohibitive.

All you can do now is file a remorse return and send it back to the seller on your own dime.

Wait until you receive the item. Open a remorse return, you will be responsible for return shipping.

do What the others stated. Or you can take photos and list it here.

When you buy something from your cart each item has a link to pay this buyer. Use that for the item/items you wish to purchase at that time. The rest of the items will remain in your cart. Hope this helps in the future. Andrew
