Weird Tracking Number - Says "A Tracking Number was Provided" and Nothing More.

Hello everyone, first time buyer here, hailing from Brazil.

So I bought this small item, paid ASAP using credit card on the 19th of June.

On the 21st, the seller marked the item as shipped and provided me with this strange looking tracking number...

I believe the "DE" refers to Germany here. And according to eBay, the carrier is DHL.

However, this code doesn't work, not in DHL's site or on any other tracking site.

According to eBay, "A Tracking number has been provided", says nothing else.

Is this normal, due to the fact it's a weekend and the item hasn't even been shipped yet?

The seller is Chinese and has an overall good reputation, 98% almost.

It comes up under USPS.  Created, but no updates yet.

Could be one of the DHL - USPS pass offs.

It's just that it hasn't been scanned yet? (Again, possibly due to now being a weekend).
