my tracking package said there was an issue with the delivery for my package?

hi there! i needed some help figuring out what happened to my package it says there was an issue with the delivery. but still my package was shipped a day ago and it still in transit in Sao Paulo Brazil.

I'm guessing that's just a vague way of saying that the package isn't moving as expected ... or it was expected to have a scan at a particular point, and the scan never happened.

With eBay, if the package doesn't arrive by the advertised arrival date, then you can file an Item Not Received claim by going to your purchase history and finding the item ... you should see a link to claim that the item has not arrived.  You have 30-days past the arrival date to make this claim, but I would suggest having a week or two of patience/understanding because shipping systems are stressed and some packages are arriving later than expected.

For me, I got a text message that the address I provided was not correct, which is strange since I ordered packages before from EBay and there was no problem at all with delivery.

Hello my name's Matt I have a question, my package says it's going to be on hold and says that there was a issue with my delivery but is on hold in Boston ! And on my purchases it went from saying shipped to paid the same day the on hold happened from DHL mail ! What can I do to figure out what's going on because my tracking just says on extra notes that the package scheduled to be delivered on another day from another truck ! And expected day 26th of December the day after I believe Christmas! So IDK if it's saying this message because the seller put a certain date so it's on hold ! Or it's on hold because of another bad reason I paid for shipping and the item as well so **bleep**! It came from Malaysia of course
