If  a  coin  is  shown  on  Ebay  with  a  W  mint  mark ....is  the  coin  delivered  to  buyer   required  to  have  the  W  mint  mark  ?????

All items, coins or otherwise are exepcted to be delivered 'as described' in the pictures and text of the listing.

i would hope any coin or any used items would show an actual picture of the item.  i can see maybe using stock photos for some new boxed items but then what will seperate your listings from the next person using stock photos?  you need to set yourself apart somehow.

 

But anyways i think you are asking as a buyer, yes it should be exactly as pictured .

I  asked  the  seller  about  this  and they  don't  seem  to  understand  my  question  .......could  they  be  forced  to  refund  my  money  or  give  me  the  pictured  item  for  the  listed  price  ????
