A buyer states they received only one record though the auction stated two records. I was messaged today about his. It turned out this person had the wrong seller (I shipped both records to another buyer) and I messaged this person back. However, this got me thinking. If a buyer claims you shipped only one item when you know you shipped two, what do you do? This could easily turn into an item not as described case, correct?
