dont think so.,.,heres the mess.,from the buyer Fed ex delivered my order somewhere else. I spoke with them over the phone about what happened and they have given me a case number and are supposed to be finding out where it was delivered. Please help me if you can to get this resolved by contacting fedex and letting them know I have contacted you about not receiving this order. Thank you for your help.

Just yesterday I got a package delivered message from FedEx. Went outside, no package. 2 minutes later I got a call from a neighbor asking if I was expecting a package. It was a block away but large & heavy. This nice, honest gentleman got in his car & brought my package to me. If he wasn’t honest I’d be outta luck. It wasn’t an eBay package, it was a large retailer. I called FedEx & they couldn’t care less. I hate FedEx. As a matter of fact, I’m going to their Facebook page right now.
Misdelivery is a big problem.

t front of my house a few months ago, crouched down, gardening. The Fed Ex truch pulled up, didnt see me , and threw the package up to my door!!!!!! I was expecting a antique teacup, so I stood right up,Yelled,and the Fed Ex truck sped off. I called Fed ex and they said "we have temp. help and they dont care" I wont order anything if its being delivered Fed Ex.

I read that as a quotation of the buyer's note. But this is why punctuation is our friend.

Wait for FedEx to finish its trace and see what turns up.

You should be covered by Seller Protection, since you shipped to the correct address and it sounds like there is a delivered scan in the correct zip code.

scanned delivered,i dont get opening a case,.,,at-least buyer is communicating with fudx,as she should.,.,,not a fex fan but for the heavy stuff an option
