label cancellation

I cancelled two labels that were generated in error on 12/30.  I heard that it takes 5-7 days to get my refund from the USPS through Ebay to me.  When I check the status of the cancellations and click on the long cancellation number on the far right I get an error message.  Help!

I don't know about the error message but I've never gotten a refund from USPS for a cancelled label in less than 2 weeks. There is an issue with ebay messages right now. They've been updating links and doing a poor job of it. Maybe that is affecting it?

USPS, it'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

It can take a lot longer than 5-7 day...plus you wont receive any notice on the refund either, or at least in the past you didnt.

Seems like a long time.

Guess it takes money(your money) to make money(your money back).

It takes a while because USPS waits a reasonable amount of time to ensure that the label was never used.
