You should have let the buyer keep it so it could have been inspected there.

Returning it to the sender voids the insurance. The buyer needed to return it with original packaging to their PO for inspection.

More than likely, nothing.

But, good luck.  Ya never know what might happen with a visit to the Postmaster, but probably nothing.

If you are trying to have it inspected for damage; it's too late. It had to be shown BY THE BUYER and NOT shipped 'back to you'. 

Voids anything (you wouldn't have got anything anyway) you might have had coming.
