Did you buy this item and not look at the shipping cost? If you didn't buy, the shipping cost was seen by the buyer and that was their choice to buy or not.

Nevermind, shipping is calculated.

@ebooksdiva wrote:That shipping charge is what YOU pay because you charged your buyer $104.10 in the listing. You cannot ask your buyer to pay more than what you stated in the listing. You pay for the undercharged shipping out of your own pocket. It is the price of doing business.
It's calculated shipping. I'm seeing $134.90.
Is the buyer's complaint that they didn't see how expensive it is for shipping and they want to cancel? Ask the buyer and if that's the case, you can cancel as buyer requested.

Honesty I just looked at shipping cost, it didn't occur to me that it was calculated. Editing my post.

The buyer should have said something before they made the purchase, not after.
Is there any particular reason you're advertising USPS Priority Mail service instead of a more economical option like USPS Ground Advantage @elinat ?
What are the weight and dimensions of the package? Your listing states the product box is approx 15x15x4, but the shipping rate is based on a box size much larger. Are you using a box that's oversized in relation to the item? You may be able to get a lower shipping cost by shipping in a smaller box, as long as you can do so safely without damaging the product.
Your 2 active turntables are listed with weights of 10 lb and 14 lb - packaging under a cubic foot. You should check dimensions on those listings to make sure you're charging enough. If your actual packing box exceeds a cubic foot it can greatly affect the cost.
