item not received

I placed an order on April 15, 2020, so far I haven't received anything, nor can I contact the seller (jxhz). it was still a big order with the number 24-04853-90440. I want to have the money returned, and I cannot contact the seller

On ebay, you have up to 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to file an Item Not Received case to get your money back, so it would appear it is too late for ebay to help you.

On Paypal, you have up to 180 days from date of payment to file, which would be October 15, so it is too late for Paypal to help you.

If you paid with a credit card, you can contact the credit card issue regarding a chargeback.
