item not received

Help!  Not sure what to do next.  Order 44 rolls/spools of chain from a seller in China on April 25 .  I have not received the package yet...with Covid was already expecting delays.  Yesterday, on June 5th, the order was updated to show it was delivered on 5-22.  Neither the orange pack tracking or USPS tracking shows the address where it was delivered.  I expect this to be a large heavy package.  I contacted orange pack, they said to track via USPS.  USPS does not have the address, and no contact USPS info...

In my years and years of purchasing on Ebay, this is the first time this happened.  Not sure what to do next.

What was the estimated delivery date?

How exactly was the listing updated to show delivery on 05/22? And by whom?

If/when you haven't received an item by a few days past the estimated delivery date as seen in the listing, you have 30 days past that date to open an item not received case in the Resolution Center.

Who is "orange pack"?

The time frame for opening an INR case on eBay is 30 days not 60 days.

And I am not sure why the other responder suggested an item not as described case,given the fact that you haven't actually received anything.

Orange Pack is a shipping company with less than stellar reviews.

I found the information on delivery in my purchase history.   How do I find out who updated my purchase history?

The delivery time was not up yet, I no longer have that info, as it was covered with the delivery info.

To add...while the delivery info does not have an address, it does show it was placed in the mail box.  My mail box would not hold 44 rolls/spools of chain.

I'm in a similar situation, I'm a regular buyer on eBay and I've never seen myself in this situation before.
It didn't take 3 minutes after making the payment, the seller marked the item as shipped (it was 2 am), he is an international seller so he knew it would take time to receive it.
But several days later he didn't update me with a tracking number, nor is there an estimated delivery date, I decided to send him a message to find out if the shipping method he used didn't provide this number, and he didn't respond.
I have sent him several messages each with a few days in between, and I have not received a reply.

I tried to mark the item as "not received", but the page does not allow me to do so because I must "wait for the estimated delivery date" which is not in the order details.

I´m still willing to wait a little bit more and then I will ask for a refund cancelling the transaction or asking eBay for help.

I will click every option that could make ebay or the seller pay atention to me...
