tracking number showed a delivery date 1/31

I never received the item

USPS said it was shipped to the wrong address

I filed a claim with eBay 

The issue was closed and never resolved.... even after speaking with customer service multiple times

Is this for January 31st?....You get 30 days to open a claim for 'item not received'.

When was item supposed to be delivered...was the window of delivery for 2 months?

At this stage @earlyshirley333 , you are past eBay's window to file a claim.

 

You can look at your payment provider to see how long of a buyer protection window they provide. If that window is still open, get documentation from the shipping carrier that confirms the item was shipped to a different address and use that documentation to file a dispute with your payment provider.

 

In future, best to deal with these things right away and not wait 2 months.

Not sure what eBay is referring to, regarding 2 months...

 

I have dealt with this issue multiple times and within a few days of supposed delivery, even before and after USPS shipping took ten days to have delivered this item (the item was needed for two cancelled optometrist appointments)  

This also included eBay that supposed guaranteed delivery of this item had closed my inquiry

 

I have met with the local USPS facility several times who stated that the item was sent to the wrong address and would be retrieved and held at the facility for pick-up

They could not find the shipment days later, though they said it was in the facility

 

I have also called into eBay customer service with no results... multiple times

I met with my bank in person shortly after the eBay inquiry

 

What should be an easy transaction has become a time-consuming and difficult issue with no customer satisfaction

Please provide a customer service telephone number so I can make a final attempt to resolve this issue
