Hi all, a simple question I have, if i bought a graphics card that says model A and in reality i got model B (of course model B is cheaper) should i be confident that ebay will return my money after filing a claim?

What happens with the shipping costs (back to the seller)?

No. the refund came from the seller. That’s why PayPal says “we were able to recover $425 USD and this about has been credited to you”.

I called Paypal just to verify that it's all sorted any they said that "it was not the seller who sent you the refund, it's us".
