Ebay automatically notifies the buyer they have purchased an item. As long as you have your shipping stated in the listing, there is no need for you to send an additional invoice to them.
Did your buyer ask for one? Some newer buyers don't pay attention and realize they have already received one from Ebay. But you can go to your seller hub, then to orders, where you will find a drop down box for each of the items you have yet to ship. You will have an option there to invoice.
