hello, im a seller on ebay. I was wondering if theres any way to view a packages weight after its been received. dimensions measured at home and weight determed via usps office and paid/scanned via qr code ive read simply click ",print another label" and the information should pop up but no luck

YES, you absolutely can find out the weight of a package (or, the weight declared at time of shipping) with the tracking number. If you cannot see it externally, visit your local PO. They can view it internally- the weight, destination, method of payment and accepted/ delivered dates.

Your second sentence is confusing to me. Received by whom? By the buyer?
Are you suspicious that something was taken in transit from a box that you shipped to a buyer?
Did the buyer report that some items were missing when he opened the box?
